New Loch Ness Monster Image Surfaces

Ok, so there is a wonderful new still photo making the rounds in the Scottish press of the creature. My main issue, why I smell a rat, is that Edwards claims he 'witnessed the creature for a full 10 minutes' on a boat full of Nessie tourists. If this is true, we should be seeing hundreds upon hundreds of photos and video today from the incident. So far? Just one still frame.

So we wait and see. I'm guessing we won't.

Nessie, for the record, is absolutely real by the way. Check out the UFORadar forums if you'd like to discuss the proof that's out there.

Nessie ... photo shows mysterious hump in the water

THIS strange hump poking out of the water is being hailed as proof the Loch Ness monster really does exist.

George Edwards snapped the amazing photo while taking tourists out on his boat Nessie Hunter IV.

He said the mysterious dark lump moved slowly across the water towards Urquhart Castle - the scene of many Nessie sightings.

George, 60, has spent 60 hours a week for the past 26 years searching for the mythical monster - and believes this is the best picture yet.

Even US military experts reckon it could be the real thing.

Nessie-believer George captured the image on a digital camera as he was returning to Temple Pier, in Drumnadrochit, last November.

After he studied the shape for ten minutes it slowly sank below the surface and never reappeared.

He said: "It was slowly moving up the loch towards Urquhart Castle and it was a dark grey colour. It was quite a fair way from the boat, probably about half a mile away but it’s difficult to tell in water.

"I'm convinced I was seeing Nessie as I believe in these creatures. Far too many people have been seeing them for far too long.

"I'm convinced there are several monsters.

“I did not want to mention my sighting until I was sure that I had not photographed a log or something inanimate in the water in the water.

"I have friends in the USA who have friends in the military.

“They had my photo analysed and they have no doubt that I photographed an animate object in the water.

"I was really excited as I am sure that some strange creatures are lurking in the depths of Loch Ness.”

Fellow Nessie-hunter Steve Feltham, who has searched for the Scottish beastie for 21 years, said: "It is the best photograph I think I have ever seen.

”I think the images are fantastic - that’s the animal I have been looking for all this time."

The first recorded sighting of a possible monster was in 565AD.
